Recognising and seeking help for anxiety can be a huge step.

We all suffer from anxious thoughts and feelings at some points in our lives and that’s perfectly normal. But for some of us these thoughts can take control and become the dominant voice in our minds. When this happens our behaviour can be affected, we can develop distressing physical symptoms and our world can slowly become smaller.

Using a mix of techniques including psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, SFBT and hypnosis, I can help you to recognise and reduce feelings of anxiety and related symptoms, give your mind space to process, visualise and take on board any helpful suggestions. The therapy is relatively fast acting and some people start to notice changes after just a few sessions.

I understand how hard it can be to manage and live with anxiety and seeking help can sometimes be really scary. That’s why I offer a free Initial Consultation so you can meet me, get to know me and feel safe and secure during our sessions.
